Privacy & Safety

FREE DISC REPAIR OFFER – TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Offer
    This promotional offer entitles the customer to one (1) complimentary disc repair service (valued at $10 AUD) provided by Boss Collecting, subject to the terms below.

  2. Australian Consumer Law
    Nothing in this offer excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies the consumer may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). These rights cannot be excluded.

  3. Eligibility
    This offer is valid for customers who present a valid promotional code or submit a claim via the official Boss Collecting website.

  4. Validity Period
    This offer is valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Expired offers may not be accepted.

  5. Limit of Use
    Limit of one (1) free repair per customer. Boss Collecting reserves the right to decline multiple claims from the same individual.

  6. Scope of Service
    The free repair applies to standard disc resurfacing for light to moderate surface scratches only.
    This offer does not cover:

  • Cracked discs

  • Warped discs

  • Discs with deep structural damage

 

Boss Collecting may refuse service where a disc is deemed unsafe or beyond reasonable repair.

  1. No Guarantee of Outcome
    While all care is taken, Boss Collecting does not guarantee that all discs can be restored to full functionality. Outcomes depend on the condition of the disc.

  2. Additional Services
    If a disc requires repair beyond the scope of this free offer, the customer will be notified of any additional costs prior to proceeding.

  3. Non-Transferable
    This offer is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and holds no cash or resale value.

  4. Misuse or Fraud
    Boss Collecting reserves the right to refuse any claim that is suspected to be fraudulent, duplicated, or used in breach of these terms.

  5. Liability
    To the extent permitted by law, Boss Collecting is not liable for:

  • Loss or damage to discs prior to receipt

  • Loss or damage occurring during shipping

  • Pre-existing defects in discs

 

Nothing in this clause limits any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

  1. Shipping (if applicable)
    Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from Boss Collecting. Items are sent at the customer’s risk unless otherwise agreed.

  2. Changes to Offer
    Boss Collecting reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time.
